About
Holistix Women co-founded by Dominique and Peter Oates,
a powerhouse duo blending business success with a passion for personal growth.
Dominique built and led her own thriving social media agency, while Peter brings over 25 years of leadership, business development, and mentoring
experience.
An MBA-qualified, ICF-certified Holistic Coach, Peter has built and sold
multiple businesses, including leading operations with over 60 staff. He’s known for combining extensive experience with a deeply human,
emotionally intelligent approach to coaching.
Today, their mission is clear: to help women reset, rebuild, and thrive.
Through the Holistix Women programs, Peter empowers clients to reclaim
confidence, direction, and purpose, with practical tools, honest support, and transformational results.
We pride ourselves on having sound professional experience
backed by tertiary education and qualifications to grow and support our
programs and clients.
